On Sunday 17th June, City of Carlisle were invited to take part in a friendly 'Last Dip' Fun Gala at Dumfries. The gala was organised to mark the forthcoming closure of the old pool in Dumfries, before the new facility opens in the autumn.

27 of our swimmers aged from 9 to 17+ travelled across the border to join in the fun atmosphere.

There was a mix of individual and relay events for each age-group, culminating in a fun relay event at the end.

Well done to our swimmers who finished overall in first place and thanks to Dumfries for inviting us!
