Well done to 7 of our swimmers who competed in the Gateshead & Whickham Spring Graded Meet on 21st - 22nd April:

Paul Van Iterson, Amy Furness, Jack Kenwright, Dan Heeley, Ashleigh Backhouse, Alix Lancaster and Molly Kenwright.

Out of a total of 43 swims, City of Carlisle swimmers achieved 32 "top 3" places (thirteen 1st places, twelve 2nd places and seven 3rd places).

Gold medals went to: Paul Van Iterson (2), Amy Furness (4), Jack Kenwright, Dan Heeley (2), Ashleigh Backhouse (3) and Alix Lancaster.
