Well done to Shiona Hattle who competed in the Scottish West District Championships at Cumbernauld in December. She finished 1st in both the 50m freestyle and 100m IM. She took 2nd place in the 50m backstroke (31.87), 200m IM (2.29.67) and 200m freestyle (2.10.39), all in personal best times. She came 3rd in the 50m butterfly and 4th in the 100m freestyle.

All the 50m swims were "Skins" events, where one swimmer is knocked out in each race, until the last two are left - a lot of hard swimming!
