City of Carlisle : winners of the Tommy Hatch Trophy 2008
and the
Cumbria Trophy 2008

Well done to everyone who competed in the Cumbria Age Groups and County Championships during March. The 3 consecutive weekends at Kendal, Copeland and Carlisle culminated in City of Carlisle winning both the Tommy Hatch Trophy and the Cumbria Trophy, thanks to many fine swims by all our swimmers!

Overall, we gained 78 ‘1st’ places (including relays), 198 ‘top 3’ places, and 333 ‘top 6’ places.
